Can I return or exchange my uniform?
A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required, please contact leisurecare@imagesourceteam.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 60 days after receipt of the order and are subject to a restocking fee.
Note: Worn, laundered or altered garments are NOT returnable.
How do I set up and activate my online account?
On the Log In page, select the Register tab and fill out all fields. Once completed, select the Register button below to activate your account and begin placing your order.
When will my order ship?
- Non-decorated uniforms ship in 1-2 business days
- Modified garments will ship in 7-10 business days
Note: Lead times are based on the day the order is received . They are contingent on inventory levels and complexity of the modifications (hemming, embroidery, personalization).
Can I get my outerwear embroidered with my community logo?
Yes, there is a one-time fee of $125.00 to digitize your logo. The additional cost to embroider on the garments is directly dependent on the quantity being ordered. Please contact leisurecare@imagesourceteam.com for pricing.
Can I get my Executive Chef coat personalized?
Yes, please contact leisurecare@imagesourceteam.com.
Note: Personalization is 16 characters max per line including spaces.
How can I determine what size to order?
Size charts have been provided, reference the link provided on each item for sizing.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order ships with the UPS or FedEx tracking number(s) in it.
Can I have my order shipped overnight?
